Privacy Policy
How WLTR collects, uses, and protects information shared through wltr.tech.
WLTR, Inc. (“WLTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Nevada corporation that develops calibration data verification software for regulated analytical laboratories. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit wltr.tech (the “Site”) or contact us through it. This policy covers the Site only. Information processed within the WLTR platform on behalf of customers or pilot participants is governed by the written agreement with that customer.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you request a demo, apply to our Pilot Program, use our ROI calculator, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to submit, which may include:
- Name, job title or role, and work email address
- Phone number and business mailing address
- Company, laboratory, or organization name and industry
- Information about your laboratory instruments, analytical methods, LIMS or chromatography data systems, and current calibration review process
- Any other information you include in a message to us
Please do not submit confidential laboratory data, patient information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, and general location derived from IP address. Analytics cookies are placed only with your consent where consent is required by law. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How We Use Information
- To respond to demo requests, Pilot Program applications, and other inquiries
- To evaluate whether WLTR is a fit for your laboratory and to schedule and conduct demonstrations
- To send you information about WLTR products, services, and events that you have requested or that relate to your inquiry. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- To understand how visitors use the Site
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect the rights, property, and safety of WLTR, our users, and others
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship with you, and comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Data Security page for more information.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to obtain a copy of your information in a portable format; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Nevada residents. WLTR does not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law (NRS 603A). You may nonetheless submit a request to opt out of any future sale to admin@wltr.tech.
California residents. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers, professional or employment-related information, commercial information related to your inquiry, and internet or network activity information, from the sources and for the purposes described above. We have not sold or shared this information.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We process personal information based on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating our business, on your consent (for example, for analytics cookies), and to comply with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Information you submit will be processed in the United States.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@wltr.tech. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site honors Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. The Site does not currently respond to other Do Not Track signals.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our LinkedIn and Instagram pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
