Chief Implementation & Systems Engineering Officer
Kirk Hinchman
Chief Implementation & Systems Engineering Officer
Kirk Hinchman, Chief Implementation & Systems Engineering Officer, leads WLTR’s implementation strategy, systems execution, and deployment discipline.
His background includes designing, developing, and administering technical training curriculum for healthcare imaging equipment, spanning X-ray fundamentals through digital imaging systems. In medical environments, training cannot be vague. Users need clear workflows, accurate technical instruction, and repeatable procedures they can trust under pressure.
That experience is directly relevant to WLTR. Regulated laboratories do not adopt infrastructure because it sounds impressive. They adopt it when it fits the workflow, supports the user, and produces evidence they can rely on.
At WLTR, Kirk helps translate patented calibration verification methodology into deployable infrastructure for regulated analytical laboratories. His work focuses on implementation, training, systems readiness, operational support, and adoption across technical teams.
His mandate is clear: make WLTR usable where the stakes are highest, inside environments where accuracy, traceability, and repeatable execution matter.
Jake Lawson
Head Of Capital Strategy
Jake Lawson
Head Of Capital Strategy
Jake Lawson, Head of Capital Strategy, leads WLTR’s investor positioning, financing strategy, and capital narrative.
His background spans corporate strategy, financial planning, and capital formation, including prior experience at Theon, where he worked across strategic finance and business operations. That experience informs his role at WLTR: translating a technical calibration verification methodology into a capital-ready infrastructure thesis.
At WLTR, Jake connects the company’s patented scientific foundation to the broader investor narrative around data integrity, workflow infrastructure, and regulated laboratory markets. He brings structure to the raise, discipline to the story, and the financial framing required to make WLTR legible to institutional capital.
Alan Harlan
Chief Technology Officer
Alan Harlan
Chief Technology Officer
Alan Harlan, Chief Technology Officer, brings more than 35 years of international technology leadership, software delivery, and business transformation experience to WLTR. His career spans enterprise SDLC services, cloud architecture, and global delivery operations at firms including EPAM and SoftServe.
Alan has held executive roles overseeing distributed technology organizations of more than 3,000 employees and has advised emerging ventures across logistics, blockchain, AI/ML, and enterprise software. At WLTR, he leads the technical architecture and deployment strategy required to bring calibration data integrity infrastructure into regulated analytical laboratories at commercial scale.
Walter Hinchman
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Walter Hinchman
Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Walter S. Hinchman, Chief Executive Officer, brings WLTR the rare operating profile of a founder who has sold inside clinical environments, built in regulated consumer markets, and scaled a brand without institutional capital.
Before WLTR, Walter held commercial roles at medical device leaders Boston Scientific and Nevro, where he developed the field discipline, urgency, and technical fluency required to sell into high-stakes healthcare environments. He later founded and scaled Swolverine, a clinically positioned sports nutrition company built on transparent formulations, performance content, and disciplined direct-to-consumer execution.
Walter earned his MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, completing the program in nine months, and studied at Birkbeck Business School in London. His background sits at the intersection WLTR requires: sales execution, scientific credibility, regulatory awareness, brand building, and operator-level intensity.
At WLTR, Walter leads the company’s commercial strategy, investor narrative, market positioning, and go-to-market execution. His mandate is direct: turn patented calibration verification technology into the category-defining infrastructure layer for regulated analytical laboratories.
Stop Guessing.
Start Verification.
Without deterministic oversight, calibration risks rarely become clear until they become critical.
