His background includes technical training and curriculum development at GE Healthcare, where he designed, developed, and administered training programs for healthcare imaging equipment, from X-ray fundamentals through digital imaging systems. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how complex technical systems are taught, adopted, and supported in high-stakes operational environments.

 

At WLTR, Kirk translates patented calibration verification methodology into deployable infrastructure for regulated analytical laboratories. He focuses on implementation, workflow training, systems readiness, and user adoption so WLTR can move from technical capability to trusted use inside real laboratory environments.

Jake Lawson, Head of Capital Strategy, leads WLTR’s investor positioning, financing strategy, and capital narrative.

 

His background spans corporate strategy, financial planning, and capital formation, including prior experience at Theon, where he worked across strategic finance and business operations. That experience informs his role at WLTR: translating a technical calibration verification methodology into a capital-ready infrastructure thesis.

 

At WLTR, Jake connects the company’s patented scientific foundation to the broader investor narrative around data integrity, workflow infrastructure, and regulated laboratory markets. He brings structure to the raise, discipline to the story, and the financial framing required to make WLTR legible to institutional capital.

Alan Harlan, Chief Technology Officer, brings more than 35 years of international software delivery, cloud architecture, and enterprise technology leadership to WLTR. His experience scaling SDLC services at EPAM and SoftServe, leading global organizations of more than 3,000 employees, and advising emerging technology ventures gives WLTR the execution discipline required to deploy calibration data integrity infrastructure across regulated analytical laboratories.

Walter S. Hinchman, Chief Executive Officer, leads WLTR’s commercial strategy, market positioning, capital narrative, and go-to-market execution.


His career combines medical device sales discipline, regulated-market fluency, and founder-level operating intensity. Before WLTR, Walter held commercial roles at Boston Scientific and Nevro, where success required technical command, field execution, and the ability to communicate complex value in high-stakes clinical environments.


He later founded and scaled Swolverine, a clinically positioned sports nutrition company built around transparent formulations, education-led demand generation, and direct-to-consumer execution. Walter earned his MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and studied at Birkbeck Business School in London.


At WLTR, Walter brings that same discipline to laboratory infrastructure, leading the company with a clear commercial thesis: regulated laboratories do not need another dashboard. They need calibration data integrity infrastructure that verifies the math behind analytical results before an audit makes the problem visible.
