The Platform

From raw export to signed record. One controlled system.

No rip-and-replace. WLTR sits beside the instruments and LIMS you already run, ingests the exports they already produce, and returns a verified, QA-approved calibration record.
Calibration Intelligence

Every candidate model. Every analyte. One field of view.

The interface is structured for evidence, not decoration. Review calibration points, compare model performance, verify the ICV and accept the simplest passing model without leaving the record.

Inside the platform

Source integrity first. Approval last.

Instrument software fits a calibration curve with no independent check on its own output. WLTR provides that check. It ingests your raw instrument data, independently verifies the result, computes every candidate model, and shows them side by side in the Calibration Intelligence dashboard, with multi-analyte visibility. The system runs the diagnostics and identifies the best fit curve. Your analyst makes the final decision. The result is faster review, stronger data integrity, and traceable, defensible results for every audit.

01 · Source preservation

The record starts at the raw text — and is never retyped.

Ingest instrument output directly, parse it deterministically, and store the original text immutably with a SHA-256 hash so every downstream value traces to its source.

02 · Deterministic model evaluation

Every candidate model. Every analyte. One view.

Evaluate every candidate model for every analyte against 15 acceptance criteria, with simultaneous overlays — point-level %Diff, model fit and ICV recovery — without rebuilding the curve by hand.

03 · Review by exception

Whole-group visibility. Nothing slips through.

Aggregate calibration curves across every analyte and surface per-analyte pass/fail states, spotlighting trends and anomalies. Reviewers start with the exceptions instead of hunting for them.

04 · Evidence attached

Audit-ready output for any inspection.

Freeze the method configuration at compute time, log exclusions with user and reason, verify the ICV, and route the completed record through a named QA approval gate.

Try it yourself

See what a passing r² can hide in your own calibration.

Enter a curve, or load a sample, and see which levels actually back-calculate inside your acceptance window. Then work through a simulated LC-MS/MS quantitation review, laid out the way your data system shows it.

Simulation

This tool does not run WLTR's engine, patented methodology or evaluation criteria. It applies eight standard least-squares calibration models and textbook acceptance rules. The batch and chromatograms are fictional. Everything is calculated in your browser, and nothing you enter is sent or stored.

Response can be a peak area or an area ratio to the internal standard. You can paste two columns straight from a spreadsheet into any cell.

The controlled workflow

From source text to signed record.

Seven steps replace the fragmented spreadsheet stage without pretending laboratory judgment can be automated out of existence.

Step 01

Configure the laboratory

Define instruments, methods, acceptance criteria, users and QA roles.
Step 02

Upload calibration and ICV runs

Capture raw instrument text, metadata and source hashes before analysis begins.
Step 03

Resolve analyte mappings

Match raw compound names to canonical analytes and preserve aliases for future runs.
Step 04

Build the calibration group

Validate level counts, duplicates, internal standards, ICV attachment and active method configuration.
Step 05

Compute all candidate models

Generate the candidate models for each analyte and evaluate every level against the active criteria.

Step 06

Generate the evidence record

Package selected models, exclusions, ICV performance and method context into a consistent report.

Step 07

Route to QA approval

Complete role-separated review with a named approver and permanent audit timeline.

Fits your laboratory

No rip-and-replace. No new instrument software.

WLTR works from the exports your instruments already produce and returns records your QA process already expects.

Works with your instruments

GC, LC and IC systems — GC/MS, LC-MS/MS, ion chromatography — WLTR ingests the text exports they already generate. No drivers, no firmware, no vendor lock.

Alongside your LIMS

The verification layer sits between instrument and LIMS/ELN — verified records flow into the systems of record you already trust.

Inside your SOPs

Acceptance criteria, roles and approval gates are configured to your methods — the platform enforces your SOP, it does not replace it.

Accurate. Traceable. Defensible.

Watch your own data move through the layer.

Bring a representative instrument export to a 30-minute session and see the full path — source record, candidate models, ICV verification, exceptions, approval trail.
